An administrative fee for each delinquent property shall be assessed for administrative costs. The administrative fee shall include the cost of preparing a tax deed, a record deed, title search, mailing, advertising and phone expenses. The administrative fee shall be added to the taxes, penalties and interest outstanding on each delinquent property. The clerk/auditor will annually determine the amount of the administrative fee.
