The tax sale shall occur in a location, or by public online auction, specified by the clerk/auditor under terms and conditions that protect the parties and the public. If the tax sale occurs in person, the procedures for an in person auction shall be followed. If the tax sale occurs by online auction, the procedures for the online auction shall be followed.
