7-2-14: RECLAMATION COSTS:
Any person violating this chapter may be assessed the reclamation costs incurred repairing, reseeding or reforming terrain damaged by the prohibited off road use of a motor vehicle. (Ord. 2008-959-O, 4-1-2008)
