A. Roadway And Parking Areas: Operating or parking a motor vehicle or trailer except on roadways and trailheads developed for that use is prohibited.
B. Off Road Use: The operation of vehicles, including, but not limited to, cars, trucks, heavy machinery, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and OHVs and ATVs, off designated roads is prohibited within the boundaries of the reserve, except as set forth in subsection 7-2-16B of this chapter.
