7-1-3: DENIAL OF REQUEST:

Any request for a permit may be denied if said request does not meet all requirements of the board of county commissioners, and if the board of county commissioners shall deem that said encroachment will not be in the best interest, or be in the health, safety or welfare of the residents of the county.
