A. Prohibitions: Smoking is hereby prohibited on all Washington County property including the County Legacy Park.
B. Exceptions:
1. The County may designate a "smoking" area wherein smoking is allowed. This area, if any, may change in location depending on the needs of the County.
2. Smoking is allowed in private vehicles with the windows rolled up.
3. Smoking is allowed in private trailers when patrons are staying overnight at the County Legacy Park.
C. Posting Of Signs: "No Smoking" signs or the international "No Smoking" symbol (consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) shall be clearly and conspicuously posted at the County Legacy Park and may be placed in other areas as necessary to prevent smoking in public places.
