3-3-11: PENALTY:
   A.   Penalties For Holding A Major Event Without A Permit: A person who holds a major event without a permit or does not comply with the conditions of an issued permit for a major event, then that individual shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
   B.   Penalties For Holding A Minor Event Without A Permit: A person who holds a minor event without a permit or does not comply with the conditions of an issued permit for a minor event, then that individual shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 2014-1037-O, 5-6-2014)
