3-3-10: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Court Enforcement: The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by injunction of the Washington County justice court.
   B.   Public Nuisance: The holding of a special event in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such. (Ord. 2014-1037-O, 5-6-2014)
