3-3-8: GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION:
   A.   Discretionary Revocation: The county planner or county sheriff may revoke an issued permit at any time if any of the conditions necessary for issuing the permit are not met.
   B.   Automatic Revocation: An issued permit shall be immediately revoked and void if any of the following apply:
      1.   The information upon which the permit was issued was misleading.
      2.   The plans contained in the permit are not reasonably followed.
      3.   The maximum number of persons in an area is exceeded.
      4.   The safety plans are not followed in such a way that the public or participants are put at a substantial risk of serious bodily harm or death.
      5.   A road is closed without the permission of the county unless there is a clear or obvious danger to the public or participants if the road is not closed.
      6.   A disaster, public calamity, riot, or other emergency exists that necessitates canceling the permit. (Ord. 2014-1037-O, 5-6-2014)
