Ordinance No. 2024-1251-O

On February 20, 2024, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2024-1251-O, ‘An Ordinance Amending the Washington County Code, Various Title 10 Zoning Regulations, and Title 11 Subdivision Regulations, to Comply with New State Law Regarding Single-Family, Two-Family, and Townhouse Development, and Other Miscellaneous Changes (Titles 10 & 11 Amendments – February 2024)’

The purpose of this ordinance is to revise Titles 10 & 11 to Comply with State Law.
