All applications for licenses, for renewal or reissuance of licenses and for transfer of licenses authorized by this chapter shall be verified and filed with the County Clerk/Auditor and shall state the applicant's name in full and indicate that he has complied with the requirements and possesses the qualifications specified in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. If the applicant is a copartnership, the names and addresses of all officers and directors must be stated. The application must be subscribed by the applicant, who shall state under oath that the facts therein contained are true. (2004 Code)
