Each owner, occupant, lessor, lessee, agent, entity, association, or private person with a fire hydrant on its property, or immediately adjacent to its property, shall mark, uncover, and remove accumulated snow or ice from the three-foot area surrounding the fire hydrant. Fire hydrants on private roads shall have a marker, a minimum height of six feet, that extends above the anticipated depth of accumulated snow or ice. (Ord. 2024-1248, 1-16-2024)
