7-4-2: SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL ON PRIVATE ROADS:

It is the duty of every property owners’ association (POA), entity, or property owner abutting the private road or gaining access via the private road, to provide regular snow and ice removal for their property and the private roads. The county will not provide snow or ice removal on private property or private roads. (Ord. 2024-1248, 1-16-2024)
