A. Required: Every certificate of license issued under the provisions of this chapter must be posted by the licensee in a conspicuous public place upon the wall of the building, room or office at the principal place of business, so that the same may be easily seen by patrons.
B. Expired Certificates: No certificate of license, which is not in force and effect, shall be permitted to be posted at the place of business after the license has expired.
C. Coin Operated Machines Or Devices: In the event the license is for a business which uses coin operated machines or devices, the certificate shall be attached or displayed in the immediate vicinity of the machines or devices for which it has been issued. (2004 Code)
