A. Specified: All license fees shall be due and payable on or before January 1 of each and every year for which the license is issued or renewed and shall become delinquent if not paid by February 1 of each year. The annual license shall date from January 1 each year and shall expire on December 31 of each year. (2004 Code)
B. Delinquent: If any license fee is not paid by January 31 of the year in which it is due, a late fee penalty of ten percent (10%) of the fees due or twenty five dollars ($25.00), whichever is greater, may be added to the original fee, in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the County Commission.
