2-8-6: BYLAWS AND OFFICERS:
   A.   Bylaws: The board shall adopt bylaws for managing its business and affairs.
   B.   Officers: Officer positions shall exist as outlined in the board's bylaws. The County Commission shall appoint a board member to take minutes and maintain official records of board actions. (Ord. 2017-1098-O, 8-15-2017)
