In the event the employee disagrees with the findings of the accident review board or with the action taken by his or her department head, the employee may file an appeal to the county commission. In order for the appeal to be considered, the appeal must be in writing and must be filed with the county commission within thirty (30) days of the date on which the employee is provided with a copy of the report from the accident review board.
