2-2-6: DEPARTMENT HEAD RESPONSIBILITY:
The employee's department head shall review the findings and the recommendation of the accident review board, including recommended corrective measures, as soon as practical. The department head shall determine the corrective action and/or discipline, if any, to be administered to the employee and shall report the action taken to the county commission.
