2-2-5: WRITTEN REPORT:
The accident review board shall prepare and submit a written report of their findings and recommendations to the department head of the employee involved in the accident to implement corrective action, if indicated. The report shall also be delivered to the county commission, and to the human resources department to be placed in the employee's personnel file. A copy of the report shall be given to the employee.
