2-2-4: DETERMINATION BY BOARD:

The accident review board shall determine, as far as possible, the cause of the accident and whether the accident was preventable. A "preventable accident" is herein defined as an accident in which the driver failed to exercise every reasonable precaution to prevent the accident. (Ord. 2003-828-O, 3-18-2003)
