2-1-3: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:
The purpose of this chapter is to create a council on aging to assist and advise the county in improving, developing, coordinating and strengthening programs for the county's growing elderly population and to more fully utilize the potential of the county's older citizens, their skills, wisdom and experience.
