Washington County is hereby divided into seven (7) Washington County local school board districts. The Washington County Board of Commissioners hereby redistricts the Washington County Election Precincts to comply with the 2021 Utah state legislative redistricting ordinance as follows:
A. Local School Board District 1 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: COCNBR, CODAV, CODIV, CODXDR, COGL, COHS74, COHS75, CONCF, COPINE, COUN05, COVE, COWH, ENT01, IVN01, IVN02, IVN03, IVN04, IVN05, IVN06, IVN07, SC01, SC02, SC03, SC04, SC05, SC06, STG51, STG58.
B. Local School Board District 2 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: COUN03, COUN06, STG18, STG27, STG28, STG29, STG30, STG31, STG32, STG33, STG34, STG35, STG36, STG37, STG38, STG39, STG40, STG41, STG42 and STG59.
C. Local School Board District 3 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: COUN08, STG08, STG09, STG10, STG11, STG14, STG15, STG16, STG17, STG19, STG20, STG21, STG22, STG23, STG24, STG25, STG26, WAS17, WAS18.
D. Local School Board District 4 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: STG01, STG02, STG03, STG04, STG05, STG06, STG07, STG12, STG13, WAS04, WAS05, WAS10.
E. Local School Board District 5 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: APV01, COCDSR, COHS72, COLEED, CONH27, CONH28, COUN04, COUN07, HIL01, HUR03, HUR04, HUR05, HUR06, HUR07, HUR08, HUR09, HUR10, LAV01, LAV02, LAV03, LEED01, NHT01, RCK01, SPR01, TOQ01, TOQ02, VIR01.
F. Local School Board District 6 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: COHV28, COUN01, COUN02, COUN09, HUR01, HUR02, HUR11, HUR12, WAS01, WAS02, WAS03, WAS06, WAS07, WAS08, WAS09, WAS11, WAS12, WAS13, WAS14, WAS15, WAS16.
G. Local School Board District 7 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: STG43, STG44, STG45, STG46, STG47, STG48, STG49, STG50, STG52, STG53, STG54, STG55, STG56, STG57. (Ord. 2022-1203-O, 2-5-2022; amd. Ord. 2023-1247-O, 12-19-2023)
