Washington County is hereby divided into three (3) Utah State Senate Districts. The Washington County Board of Commissioners hereby redistricts the Washington County Election Precincts to comply with the 2021 Utah state legislative redistricting ordinance as follows:
A. State Senate 27 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: Apple Valley APV01, County areas COCDSR, COHS72, CONH27, COUN01, COUN08, Hildale HIL01, Hurricane HUR07 - HUR13, La Verkin LAV03, Rockville RCK01, Springdale SPR01, St George STG23 - STG26, Toquerville TOQ02, Virgin VIR01, Washington WAS15 - WAS18.
B. State Senate District 28 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: County areas of COHV28, COLEED, CONH28, COUN02, COUN04, COUN07, Hurricane HUR01 - HUR06, La Verkin LAV01 - LAV02, Leeds LEED01, New Harmony NHT01, Toquerville TOQ01, Washington WAS01 - WAS14, WAS19 - WAS20.
C. State Senate District 29 shall include the following Washington County election precincts: County areas Central and Brookside COCNBR, Dammeron Valley CODAV, Diamond Valley CODIV, Dixie Deer CODXDR, Gunlock COGL, COHS74, COHS75, CONCF, Pine Valley COPINE, COUN03, COUN05 - COUN06, Veyo COVE, Winchester Hills COWH, Enterprise ENT01, Ivins IVN01 - IVN06, Santa Clara SC01 - SC05, St George STG01 - STG22, STG27 - STG59.
