3-2-5: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
   A.   The procedure on violation of this chapter shall be that procedure set out in title 5 of this code 1 , said remedies shall not exclude any other remedies herein or otherwise provided.
   B.   Each violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in title 5 of this code. (Ord. 9, 9-24-1979)
