The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to farm and ranch buildings, concrete ditches, pipelines, wells or other structures and where the land is used exclusively for agriculture purposes and where such buildings constructed above the surface are not within thirty feet (30') of any property line or the boundary of any public road or street right of way or within one hundred feet (100') of a corner or as defined in section 5-2-1 of this code.
