Any person who allows the existence of a public nuisance to continue after a request for voluntary compliance shall be guilty of an infraction. Each and every day in which any such violation continues after thirty (30) days from the date of the request for voluntary compliance may be deemed a separate offense. Each violation shall be punishable with a fifty dollars ($50.00) fine plus court costs as provided in Idaho Code section 18-113A. The Washington County Sheriff and/or designated Code Enforcement Officer(s) shall have the authority to issue citations to violators of this chapter. (Ord. 91, 3-14-2022)
