A. Administrative Fee: In addition to vehicle licensure or registration fees chargeable by the State under Idaho Code sections 49-402 and 49-434, there is hereby imposed an administrative fee of three dollars fifty cents ($3.50) which shall be chargeable on each licensure or registration of a vehicle through Washington County.
B. Disposition Of Revenues: The revenues collected under said administrative fee shall be payable to the Washington County Current Expense Fund. (Ord. 40, 6-10-1996, eff. 6-30-1996)
