The Board of County Commissioners does hereby set a fee of three dollars seventy five cents ($3.75) per water user for the auditing and bookkeeping services provided to water districts by Washington County, which said fee for auditing and bookkeeping shall commence on January 1, 1986, and be payable to Washington County every year thereafter. Any revenues collected by such services shall be placed in the current expense general fund of Washington County. (Ord. 15, 6-3-1985; amd. Ord., 11-4-1985)
