Violation of the terms of this Chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor criminal offense subject to a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or confinement in the County jail not to exceed one hundred eighty days, or both, for each violation. Washington County may also compel compliance with the terms of this Chapter or recover costs of remedying violations of terms of this Chapter by initiating civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
