10-1-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of an infraction and is subject to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). Any violation may be reported to a law enforcement officer. (Ord. 35, 2-10-92, eff. 3-16-92)
