Installation of approach/driveway culverts or other culverts (e.g., irrigation culverts, pipes, water lines, sewer lines, etc.) not owned by the local highway jurisdiction shall require a permit from the appropriate local highway jurisdiction in accordance with the highway standards and development procedures for the Weiser Valley highway district and Washington County, Idaho.
