A. Liquor Sales: In Washington County, liquor sales, where previous licenses have been issued, and in accordance with other applicable laws of the Idaho Legislature currently in effect, sale of liquor by the drink on Sundays is hereby allowed, and the hours of sale of liquor by the drink in Washington County is hereby extended until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. B. Beer Sales: In Washington County, where previous licenses have been issued, and in accordance with other applicable laws of the Idaho Legislature currently in effect, the hours of sale of beer is hereby extended until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. (Ord. 24, 6-29-87, eff. 7-1-87)
