This Chapter shall not apply to any regularly organized and supervised school district activity or program that takes place on school property nor to any activity of a municipal corporation or government agency. A permit shall not be required for nonrecurring assemblies of a duration not greater than one day nor longer than five (5) hours during the day. However, no person shall conduct or permit an entertainment assembly, as defined by this Chapter, unless notice, in writing, of the event is filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners at least ten (10) days prior to the event.
