8-1-8: PERMIT TO BE POSTED; NONTRANSFERABILITY:

Any permit issued as herein provided shall be kept posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises of said assembly. No permit shall be transferable or assignable without the consent of the Board of County Commissioners. (Ord. 1, 5-24-71, eff. 5-25-71; amd. Ord. 89, 10-28-2021)
