As used in this Chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section, unless context dictates otherwise:
ENTERTAINMENT ASSEMBLY: | Includes all assemblies of the public gathered either indoors or outdoors for musical festivals, concerts and other musical entertainment; automobile racing, motorcycle racing; horse racing; boat racing; other racing events; and for other entertainment purposes. |
HEALTH DEPARTMENT: | Means and refers to the Southwest District Health Department and employees and representatives thereof. |
SHERIFF: | Sheriff shall mean and refer to the Washington County Sheriff, his duly authorized deputies and representatives. (Ord. 1, 5-24-71, eff. 5-25-71; amd. Ord. 89, 10-28-2021) |
