6-4-4: EASEMENTS:
Unobstructed utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines and side lot lines when deemed necessary; total easement width shall not be less than twelve feet (12'). Unobstructed drainageway easements shall be provided as required by the county commissioners. (Ord. 6, 4-9-1979)
