6-1-5: INTERPRETATION:

All subdivisions, as herein defined, shall be submitted for approval by the county commissioners and shall comply with the provisions of these regulations. These regulations shall supplement all other regulations, and where at variance with other laws, regulations, ordinances or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
