§ 34.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 34.02 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50.
