§ 34.02 SMOKING IN CITY BUILDINGS AND VEHICLES.
   (A)   The smoking of tobacco products shall be banned in all present and future city buildings and vehicles.
   (B)   The City Manager is hereby instructed to post no smoking signs in all city buildings and a similar notification in all city vehicles.
