Copies of the OBOA One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code, 2003 Edition prepared by the Council of American Building Officials, adopted in § 150.030 are on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and in the County Law Library. The Clerk of Council also has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
