There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing standards for the location, design, materials, construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of one, two and three-family nonindustrialized dwellings and appurtenant structures, that certain code known as OBOA One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code, 2003 Edition, prepared by the Council of American Building Officials.
