§ 150.021 ADDITIONAL FEES TO COVER CITY EXPENSES.
   In addition to the fees set forth in § 150.020, the city shall charge any person any extraordinary expenses incurred by the city for inspection, engineering or any other services in connection with any construction, building, repair or other incidental services.
