§ 150.004 FIRE LIMITS.
   (A)   Established. The fire limits of the city contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at a point on the westerly side of Hinde Street in the center of Court Street; thence in a northerly direction along the west side of Hinde Street to the center of an alley running from Hinde Street to North Street between Temple and Market Streets; thence with the center line of the alley in an easterly direction to the center of North Street; thence with the center line of North Street in a southerly direction to the south side of East Street; thence in a westerly direction with the south side of East Street to the west side of Fayette Street; thence in a southerly direction with the west side of Fayette Street to the southern boundary of the Pennsylvania Railway Company’s right-of-way; thence in a westerly direction with the southerly line of the railroad to the westerly side of Hinde Street; thence with the westerly side of Hinde Street in a northerly direction to the place of beginning.    (B)   Construction standards.    No building or other structure shall be erected or altered in, or moved to within the fire limits established under division (A) of this section unless it conforms to the construction specifications provided under Article 5 (Chapter 4101:2-5) General Building Limitations of the Ohio Basic Building Code, 1982 Edition.
