§ 71.28 CERTIFICATION BY CLERK.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be certified to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles immediately after its effective date.
   (B)   A copy of this subchapter shall be certified annually no later than July 1 of the year preceding that in which such registration year begins.
