§ 71.27 EXEMPTIONS.
   No municipal motor vehicle license tax shall be imposed upon the registration of motor vehicles exempt from the payment of state registration fees pursuant to R.C. §§ 4503.16, 4503.17, 4503.171, 4503.41 or 4503.43.
