If any customer requests a meter test the charge for the test shall be $25 for meters up to and including 3/4" in size and at actual cost to the city for all meters over 3/4" in size. All charges will be paid in advance. The advanced charge will be refunded only if the meter fails to meet the specifications set forth in § 54.27.
