A billiard room may be operated between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following day on Monday through Saturday and from the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. No person shall operate or permit to be operated or be in charge of the operation of or permit games to be played therein except during the permitted hours stated herein.
