No single driveway or entrance shall exceed 25 feet in width at the curb line. All driveway cuts shall be at a right angle to the street. No more than one driveway or entrance shall be permitted to any property abutting any street wherein the property has a frontage of less than 200 feet. However, in hardship cases where the public interest is involved, Council may, upon proper application and payment of the required fee by the property owner or his authorized agent, by resolution, authorize the City Manager to issue a driveway or entrance permit in excess of 25 feet and to issue more than one driveway or entrance permit where abutting property has a frontage of less than 200 feet.
