   Every driver of a vehicle shall stop, unless a yield is permitted by this chapter, before entering an intersection with the following designated through streets.

   2.   State Highway 1 from State Highway 92 to the south City limits.
   3.   North Twelfth Avenue from Washington Street to the north City limits.

   6.   North Second Avenue from Second Street to Twelfth Street and thence angling northwest to the intersection of Fifteenth Street and Marion Avenue.
