§ 130.06  POSTING BILLS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stick, nail, paint, brand, or stamp or in any other manner put upon any house, fence, wall, pavement, or other public or private place in the village, any written, printed, painted, or other advertisement, bill, notice, sign, or poster without having first obtained the consent of the owner or occupant of any such house, fence, wall, pavement, or other public or private place.
